I had an acc with Bears due to being unemployed from 2009-04-06 i couldn't pay the account.i just got employed 2013-03-01, i have been trying to contact the branch and head office regarding this account to make arrangements, but i couldn't get help, the respond i get i don't appear on their system, they cant even give me information of relevant people that can help me.hope it don't come back to me at later stage.
