My Wife and I purchased a 32inch flat screen from them not even a year ago. One day the tv's screen just decided to give in. We took the tv in as it is still well under guarantee. 4 days short from a month and we still don't have our tv. When we call to find out the progress they first said that their people cant find fault with the tv, this after their staff checked the tv and saw the fault with their own eyes when we gave it in after that we never heard from them again, once again I called numerous times and they say they will call us back (and NEVER do) or they tell us they have been trying to get hold of the technician for days now without success. This is ridiculous is this how you treat customers?
