We had an account with Bears. In 2009 we made a paymentof R1800 and the receipt was taken to the Richards Bay branch. The next month I noticed that the payment was not put on the account. I then faxed the receipt to a lady called Eunice. we then moved and everything went into storage. In Oct 2012 I queried it at african Bank because the account was then paid up and still the amount did not show. They found the money on 19 Oct 2012. That was confirmed via email. now we are struggling to get the money back as this acount is paid up. I have all the emails between us and them. I also have the statements from Bears to show that money was never allocated to the account.
