In mid-September I got an email saying that I would be awarded with 10 000 Smartshopper points (I calculate this to be R100??) if I renewed my Fresh Living subscription before the end of September.
I renewed the subscription on 15 September, but there was nowhere to put in my Smartshopper card number. I immediately emailed the company handling the subscription, who ensured that the points would be awarded. A month later, the points have still not been put on my card (I checked 3 hours ago).
I have sent emails to both the media company and to the Smartshopper address available online, but the issue has still not been resolved. This is very frustrating, and I will not let it pass by, as the points were the incentive for me renewing the subscrption.
