Edgars are still trying to claim that money is being owed to them after 11 years. When this dispute started, I was informed that I owed Edgars over R2000, the amount has decreased to R800 how is that possible, what I am constantly being harassed by ARA for this outstanding balance. To date I have had Mrs. Tanya, Mrs. Saul, Kaylene, Hilda, Priscilla and Randy (Supervisor) contact me I filled out a dispute form along with an affidavit from the police station on the 12/05/2012 as requested by the branch and am now being told to do this again by ARA. I have requested that Edgars supply me with Proof of purchase slips as it was discovered that there were 2 accounts open with my details; I was informed that the slips had been destroyed 3 years into the account being open In this year I have been contacted 5 times, with no resolution. I cannot understand how a company can harass an individual for so many years with no resolution and there is no update on the system to when these calls are being made and by whom. Please put an end to this abuse and remove all my details from your system until you can get your admin sorted out as I am not willing to pay for items that I never purchased
