I bought a bed in August 2012 at Rochester Centurion. On 23 April 2013 I reported that the bed is broken and what is the process of having it repaired. The sales person (Godfrey) said I should entail him the pictures of the broken bed. I emailed him he pics on the same day. I then gave him a call the following day to check if he received the pictures, he said he received it and also sent them to head office. I assured me that I would get a call from head office to make arrangements to collect the bed for repairs. I did not get the call. I called him again three other times and evertime he promises that I'll get a call from their head office. I have not received a call from him nor from his head office.
