I went to Spar Meyerton on the 30thof April 2013. I purchased 2 ITEMS. When i got to the pay point the ELDERLY WHITE cashier stared at me for at least 20 seconds without saying a word. To which wondered what I had done wrong. She eventually said in a rude tone: "I'm not gonna take those items out of that basket, you should take them out". I regretted going to that store on that day and in an embarrassed manner I took the items out for her to scan, as I knew that in other stores another cashier would have said: " Please remove your items from your basket". WHEN YOU ARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE POLITENESS AND A SMILE WOULD NOT HURT!!! To Spar: next time you hire cashiers, at least make sure that they will be nice to customers of any CREED.
