Lack of Service!!!

We purchased a couch on Sunday 28 April 2013, 1st we were told we had to pay the delivery fee or take the unit off the floor as it takes ages for deliveries to be taken to our local store. ( That irratated me but we wanted the couch so I payed the delivery) Then on Tuesday 30 April we were informed that we were not getting the couch we had payed for as they had no stock. We then went back into the store and we purchased a second option which was supposed to be delivered on the friday 3 May only to reciev a phone call that they would only arrive on Saturday. Saturday 1pm the couches arrive and low and behold the one couch is damamged and the one leg is broken. We try and phone and no answer from the store. I race into the store and complain only to be told that they will sort it out. I recieved a sms on Monday and phoned their call centre only to be told that it is now gonna take two weeks to have the one couch replaced for what I have payed for. This is the worst service I have ever recieved.
