This lady, Nicolene at the above branch works in the bakery department really went the extra mile and I am so impressed, This type of service really makes me want to revisit this branch. I required a birthday cake with a specific motive which she did not have in her department. She in turn called 3 different branches to get me this motive and even have the cake made for the next day a super star... My son so impressed.. I just want to say thank you Mrs Nicolene, really appreciated.
