I made a booking on the 25th of May at the Checkers Hyper - Brackenfell bakery for a birthday cake for the 2nd of June.
When I made this booking I was told that I can collect the cake at 8am the 2nd of June, I have also received a slip with this date and time for collection. I confirmed upon booking if it was fine to pick it up on a Sunday at 8am. Was told my cake will be ready and can collect at 8am.
Went to pick up my cake at 8am the 2nd of June, mall received to let me enter till 9am because Checkers Hyper only opens at 9am, what a dissapointment, as me and my husband with my 6 year old son had to wait in the rain for a hour to wait for the shop and mall to allow us to enter. My sons birthday was at 10am, and we barely made it in time.
We would have made other arrangements if we know that the shop only opens at 9 on a Sunday.
Very dissapointed in this services...
