Since July 2012 we have been trying to get some kind of service from the bed shop. My matress is uncomfortable and the staff have been very rude and unwilling to help. Dont buy anything from The Bed Shop in George as you will not get any customer service once you have paid for the product. The quality of these beds are not good either.
