I bought a Blaupunkt tablet from Brooklyn CNA, firstly the sales consultant that helped me informed me that i can insert a sim card into the tablet in order to connect to the internet on top of its wifi capabilities it turns out that you cant, secondly about 3 days after i bought the product it just switched off and failed to switch on again even though i charged it overnight, i took it to the CNA in Jakaranda centre in order to return it i was told that they cannot help me i must go to a bigger CNA this was unacceptable to me but to avoid argument i drove the 15km to the Brooklyn Branch, there i very politely asked for a refund because i am not happy with the product, the sales consultant "inspected" the tablet for about 15min and even asked me if i havent dropped it, eventually the manager came and put it on charge and fiddled with the buttons for quite some time and the tablet rebooted, i still insisted on a refund but was told this was not possible because they will be at risk and furthermore the supplier WARNED them against refunding on the product, just there and then red lights went off.
