Hi bought a pair of men's Bronx and a boy's guess t-shirt in January and both these products are completely ruined. Someone queried the shoes last week (N1 city branch) and was told it couldn't be returned cause they had a 3 month return policy. Problem is last week, it was still within the 3 month period. Queried the guess t-shirt with someone at the same store and he said I could return it cause it was still within the 6 month period and because I knew when and where it was purchased, I could return it. So why have the two separate conditions for items one would assume being of more superior quality and hence willing to pay more for these items? The t-shirt has holes in it and if my nephew wore it once, it would have been a lot. I purchased both these items as gifts and if both items are of inferior quality, why would I buy my future gifts from you or any of the other stores in the group?
Kindly advise as this would influence my decision on whether to purchase from you in future or not and whether my bluebean card will still be active or not.
