I am an Out of the Blue customer. Bought 2 items on Friday, and as I dont like trying on instore I purchased and tried on at home as one gets a better idea and one can match with other items in the wardrobe.
One of the items bought was a T Shirt for R395 - did not like it on my body and went to return it today, 3 days later
Was told sorry we dont do Refunds and I cant give you a credit note and as there was nothing else in the store that interested me, I am stuck with the T Shirt that I dont like
I have contacted the Consumer Protection Council and will be lodging a complaint with them, as this goes against our consumer rights not to receive a refund on goods
PLUS they have lost me as a custome
