NO STATEMENT

I'm quiet disgusted wih our retail accounts department in the way they conduct business. My mom openend and account with ackermans in January 2013 to date no statement received she is a pensioner and we wasted money going into the shops and phoned and every month we receiving different excuses today we were told that the address we living the post office can not find does that mean we alliens to edcon group. Every month we are given verbal different amounts to pay. How do we know that the cashiers are not from us. What can we do to sort out this problem. All she wants is a statement. What's so hard for people to do they job, if they dnt want to do they job there are people out there that need a job. Replace those please.
