While I appreciate that your staff may be eager to keep the shop neat and tidy, I have a serious problem with someone removing my trolley while I am browsing.
As it was, I had a minor tantrum but if any of my personal belongings had been in the trolley I would have freaked out.
Needless to say, when faced with the task of starting my shopping all over again, I went elsewhere.
Your floor manager didnt seem to worried about my predicament, when I asked her if she knew what happened to the trolley, she shrugged and asked me I left it, very funny, very funny indeed!
