Buying gifts for kids is always difficult for me. So I walked into Reggie's superstore on Saturday morning. I was at my wits end. Anesh, a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff member assisted me in choosing a gift. I was amazed at the awesome service I received. Then I cashed up and the lady was okay. WhenI went the wrap this huge gift I purchased. The security guard helped me wrap this gift. Now this is not part of his job description. The store was empty and he took the initiative to help me wrap this gift. That truly is a quality of excellent customer service. Well done. I will pass the word around and definitely shop there again.
