I bought a PS3 console for my son for Christmas at Reggies Westwood and discovered that it was used. I was angry and very disappointed having paid R2500 for it and not being informed that I was buying a used gift. This is not cool for Reggies, when I report and request that they change it and give me another one, they do not want to, obviously because they knew they were getting rid of this one (I assume). As they were beating about with my query from Saturday, I told them that if they cannot change it, I would like my money back. It was hard for them to say so but they obviously lack customer care skills as Jenny Krishna called me back and offered to give me back my money. They would rather lose a customer than to replace a used product. I accepted to take my money and I will go to other places who put their customers first but I want Reggies to know I WILL NOT be putting a good word out there as I will tell anyone willing to listen that they are the worst store to deal with. I will tell my son who will be disappointed but I would rather he gets something good than to be robbed. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH REGGIES!
