I have requested my ITC report from Compuscan via there website as well as email. Firstly Quitin as well as Lizelle didn't know what was going on as they couldn't trace it the feedback that I finally received was that they had issues with there website. Lat week I went to there website again and wanted to request it again but couldn't find the option were to request it so I emailed Quintin Directly with a copy of my Medical Aid statement, he refused to help me as I can't email him a copy of my ID.I have already gave them a copy of my ID as they collected it at my premises, so I ask Quintin to ask his manager/Director to call me and the feedback was PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE AS THE MANAGER WILL BE IN ON FRIDAY, this is not on so I replied to he is the most unhelpful person that I came across but still no call was received from management. I don't know why I must battle with Compuscan as all the other burro's has already emailed me my report without an ID
