Good Day
I have applied for a loan on the 19th July. In the afternoon of the 19th, Saiendra called me to inform me that I need to send a certified copy of my ID. This I sent via email [Email Removed] and fax on Monday 22 July 2013. Monday afternoon I called 3 times, transferred to 3 different people, and had to do all the security questions over and over again. Saiendra then called me late Monday afternoon informing me that the ID copy didn't come through correctly. I sent to more copies via fax. Today is 26 July 2013, and to date I am still waiting. I have indicated that this application was rather urgent. Is this normal customer service on the part of Bayport? I would appreciate someone contacting me today. Surely processing shouldn't take so long? Thanks
