Bad Customer Service

Good service is a foreign name for ADT. Don't ever have a problem with your alarm system as they are so unreliable.

This is the second time that I have waited at my house after making an appointment and they are so late that I had to return to work. We all have busy lives and professional careers, however, ADT thinks that we must just sit around waiting for them to grace us with their presence. Our appointment was for 8:30 am and our security informed me that they only arrived at 9:45 am. Prior to writing this, I escalated this complaint to management and sat on the phone for 15 min. I then asked for them to return my call. Alas, I am still waiting for a phone call! Once again testament to the poor customer service that ADT has become known for.

Reading all the comments on Hello Peter, I am sure I that I am going to get the same old standard response: "Hello Tyrone. We take note of your comments, these have been communicated to our Management Team, and you will be contacted by someone where they will look to assist you further. Kind regards Customer services
