DEBITING ACCOUNT MONTHS AFTER SERVICE SUSPENDED

Months ago I realised my AltechNetstar unit was inoperative in one of my vehicles. I contacted their offices and was told by countless operators that the unit must be "serviced" or "checked" by their technicians. Not ONCE was I told that my contract had expired and they therefore SUSPENDED my service. Upon my own enquiry, after I had to phone around to try and find out what the problem was, I realised the unit was suspended because the contract expired. I advised the Altech Netstar operator when I phoned that I then do not whish to reactivate my contract with them because if they couldn't even tell me upon first enquiry what the issue was then I have doubts regarding their efficiency. The unit therefore was NEVER AGAIN activated and remains inoperative to this day, HOWEVER, despite this fact and despite numerous telephonic and email advises ALTECH NETSTAR continuously debits my account with their debit order and even had the audacity to phone me today regarding my arrear account! This is absolutely ludicrous and unacceptable. I am to this day awaiting a reply to my latest email to them. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!
