Following the my complaint on hello Peter, the fitment centre finally sent someone to my house on 13/04/2013 to check my device, however the technician showed me a machine and said there is nothing wrong with my device as the machine he had was picking up signal and explained that the reason they were not picking up my car during the tests was because of a new system that they started using early this month.
On the 23/04/2013 i received a call from Lorraine Moloisane saying that she is responding to the complaint that i raised on hello Peter, i told her that the matter had since been resolved, but she told me that she ran another test and they still cant see my car, i then told her that a technician came to check it and he told me that it is working. She then told me that she is going to send a professional this time from head office not the fitment centre as there is clearly something wrong with my device, i gave her my details and waited for the technician to call, even today (29/04/2013) i still have not received any call from the technician.
Can Altech Netstar just refund me all the money i have been paying every month and cancel as clearly there is no service provided to me.
