We contacted ADT Security on the 15 or 16th of April because our system is faulty. We only got a technician coming on the 23rd who told us our battery was faulty and he instored a new one... R368.40!! We put our system on that night and everything's was fine but the following night it went off again... the battery's red led flashing... We phoned ADT again on the 25th of April to get a technician out to our place and we've been told that they can only help us now on the 6th of May!!! So we've got a system that we are going to pay and won't be working for 2 weeks and most of all with all the crime going around lately we have to stay without protection and wait for someone to come and check a problem that should have been sorted at their first visit... NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!! Starting to look at Blue now...
