I was shocked today whilst being inside the M-Web store today when a sudden and increasing of shouting and running in front of the shop occurred.
Everyone went out to see what was going on. What we discovered was that security chased after a suspected however when they caught up with the guy right at the end of the passage they handle the guy with such brutal and forceful ways that a young boy in the vicinity standing there with his mom recorded the situation on his phone.
One of the security guards saw the boy with his phone and then all the guards attention went to this boy and his mom. They screamed at these clients and demanded handover of the footage however the boy and his mom stood there grounds and did not hand over even though they did seem to follow the guards to another location.
The was severe out of order behavior from the guards who's suppose to protect the surroundings and people in it and not attack clients for recording there criminal like behavior.
Sandton City was in last weeks paper for guards doing the exact same act against a photographer.
Do u do criminal checks on these recruits? It was truly a shocking visual exp.
