Unauthorised deductions through bank account

It is an impossible task to speak to anyone as the contact centre would put you on hold for 10 minutes after which you get disconnected. I booked a technician for the first week of April. He claimed that he was standing in front the gate that I worked on and that no-one was at home. It took my about 15 calls and a week later to get a technician. Upon the work that has been done, I transferred the invoice amount via EFT, just to have the company deduct the invoice amount a couple of days later. I phoned 7 times this morning with no-one able to assist as they can not get hold of the accounts department. I also had the alarm gone off yesterday with ADT taking in excess of 10 minutes to contact me.
I am only with ADT for a period of 3 weeks and will now cancel my contract due to the extreme bad service that I receive. No responses received on facebook or the website when I complain.

I do not trust them to protect my property or my life if they deliver this terrible service to their clients.
