ADT deducted monies already paid for sevices rendered from my bank account without any approval /signature from myself. After numerous emails and calls to ADT I have yet to be called back or had the money refunded to myself. How is it possible that they deduct money from your account without any authoruty. This surely is in convention to the Consumer Protection Act as well as Banking regulations as my bank have advised.
