Required a letter from ADT to use as motivation in firearm licence that I have an alarm and armed response with ADT. Wife phoned on Tuesday and Crystal confirmed they will send the letter. Wife phoned on Wednesday and they again confirmed they will send. I phoned today and Crystal again confirmed they will send the letter (and took my tel no). They then phone my wife and tell her to email to another department.
They now want her to go home from work - set off the alarm so that ADT can see that we are with them??? How is there systems if they don't know what we are paying them each month???
What a waste of time.
