I am on the verge of closing my account with FNB! how hard can it be to just change banking details on the system? call centre agents really have not much else to do! if anyone cares, i am giving it a few days if if not solved, i am closing my account. my debit order bounced because Velaphi Ngale is so incompetent that he cannot manage to change banking details on the system. pathetic really.
