My alarm system has not been working for two months. I phoned ADT and Night Beam several times to rectify this, however neither one of the two companies responded - at all!!! When I then tried to cancel my subscription, I only received an email with a brief letter informing me that I cannot cancel. This was from Vusi Ngwenya. There was no attempt made to rectify the situation. I find it shocking that a company such as ADT that advertise their GREAT services so widely, can have so little concern for their customers SAFETY!!! For crying in a bucket - are they not supposed to be a SECURITY company? I will never recommend ADT to anyone, neither Night Beam!!! It is absolutely unacceptable. And when you try and speak to someone at the call centre, they act as if you're the - WAKE UP!!!
