After 2 weeks and we are still waiting for a call!

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE AGREEMENTS - N VAN DEN BERG & COMPANY DUE TO MISREPRESENTATION BY SAREL BEZUIDENHOUT!!!
After many phonecalls, emails faxes NO ONE comes back to us regarding 2 premises ADT systems that is not working.
We had a burglary on one of the premises and got bad news that ADT didn't get a alarm signal WHY DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORKING!?!?!?!?! We hereby request to repay all our monthly payments on 24 Alexandra Road, Irene and cancel the contract with immediate effect. Furthermore you will cancel the contract on Border street 316 D, Lynnwood and repay us a refund of at least a six month's premiums. Should you however fail to do this I will not hesitate to give this story to the local newspapers who I believe will love to write a story.

ADT REPLIES on the 2nd of April, they will get back to us - they reported this to management!!! This si 2 weeks later, no one phoned us except for someone at accounts to say we need to pay. Eugenie is her name, I told her the story and said to her, please tell this story to you manager and ask the Manager ALIDA POTGIETER to phone us. Still we are waiting!!
