My tracker has not been working for a long while now, and C-track did not inform me that there was anything wrong with the tracker as per my unit specifications. I have phoned previously and reported the matter myself, after which I was promised that repairs will be made, which of course did not happen.
This was more than two months ago that I reported this matter. I am now fully aware that C-track has no intention to honor the stipulations of the contract between myself and C-track. I am driving around with a piece of useless equipment in my car that I have to pay for.
I have had to replace my car battery since because the unit is just draining power, thus damaging the battery. I have sent an e-mail to the cancellations department, but even they refuse to respond, it is easy for C-track to take your money, but it seems it is a very difficult thing for them to provide the actual service. I want this thing out of my car and my account cancelled. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and in this country that is saying a lot!
