Hi my name is Anele Piet Ntshela plan number 4000168784, last week on tuesday someone tried to break into my car by cutting the battery terminals to avoid the alarm going off at around 03:30 am and i received a call from C-Track call centre i think the name of the consultant was ketro or something informing me that they received a battery temper, i told him that i was sleeping so i didn't know what was happening and i asked him to call me back in about 5 min so that i can go and check whats going on, when i went outside i saw a man running away when i check my car the battery terminals where cut off, i would like to thank C-track and discovery insure for their great job. and i called C-Track and spoke to Sam who promised to monitor the vehicle very closely.
