On 5 April got alarm activation. Asked call centre to send guard. Visitation Report said high walls & spikes. Confirmed with call centre on 8th that our profile stated ADT had access key. Call centre got someone to phone who assured me that would investigate if Call centre had notified guard that had key access. Promised that someone would phone. Received numerous "Private Number" calls on mobile, but always disconnected before could answer. Now 16th and heard nothing further. Cannot face trying to contact someone else! Seriously thinking of getting another security provider.
