We subscribed to ADT for last 4 years and Friday was second time we asked them for a walk around our home as we heard someone on our roof! Spoke to William in call centre at about 22h25 and specifially told him that our alarm is activated we can't go out of the bedroom to open the gate the ADT guard must climb over the gate. Gate is 1.6 metres high with cross bar to step on 80cm from the ground. At 10h30 the ADT guard started ringing call bell for us to open he carried on pushing the call bell for 5 min until we phoned ADT again and spoke to Whitney and asked her to tell Eco1 to climb over the low gate and come and do the walk around asap. At 22h39 we heard the call bell again and still no walk around. Phoned the call centre again asked Chrizelda to please tell Eco1 to climb over the low gate and do the walk around asap.By 22h41 still no walk around and we phoned the call centre again and asked Whitney in a more urgent manner to tell Eco1 to get over gate to do walk around.10h42 he build up the courage to do his job and at 10h52 ADT phoned to say it is done. It took _30min and 4 calls. If a client doesn't answer the call bell isn't it a sign that even more urgent action should be taken??
