On Sat night 10 Aug 13 somebody damaged my car outside a restaurant at the Welgelegen Shopping Centre in Welgelegen. It was scratched with a key as well as kicked in on the back door (the print of the shoe sole could be seen). When I asked the security guard what happened his response was "I saw nothing".
On Sat night 31 Aug 13 when visiting the same restaurant, my drivers side mirror was broken off and hanging next to the car. The car was parked right in front of the entrance and the security guard was sitting sleeping on a crate at the entrance. When I asked him - again "he saw nothing". On a previous occasion also on a Saturday night after visiting Spar at the Centre, they gave me the contact nr of Permanent Trust. As from 2 Sep up to date I have made 4 phone calls but cannot get hold of JP. Everytime I leave a message at the lady and she said she gave him the message everytime. HE JUST NEVER RESPONDS!! This is very very bad customer services and I will personally call the media if this company does not come back to me wrt this matter. I would like to know who is responsible for the security of the vehicles at that Centre?? Why is that security guard placed there??
