Enough bad service!

I am writing on behalf of my sister (Lindelwa Nzimande) who lives in Wendywood and has had problems with Adt ever since she signed up with them. She has issues with the call centre people always phoning her to notify her that the alarm has been set off, on numerous occasions she has asked the call centre agent to NOT send a driver to check on the house as it was either activated by her pet peacocks or herself. They have sent drivers on a lot of occasions so that they can add call out fees to her bill at the end of the month.
Another incident which happened on Monday 9th of Sep '13. I, as her sister got a call from ADT saying that the alarm was ringing, I asked them to go to the house and check, a little while later I got another call from a call centre agent called Dineo, she had sent a car again to the house, the guard said that there was a person called Thabo on the premises, I sadi I did not know a Thabo and they must take action against the 'Thabo'. My sister then rushed to her house to see what was going, only to realise that the guard who had written on his record slip who was at the house at the time had misread his own writing! not enough space for the rest of the incident!
