Once contract signed no after service

They ignored apointments for two weeks-Refuse to put me through to a servive mannager-Charged me R900-00 rand and still no joy and in the meantime I cannot arm my alarm meaning no insurance cover???
Want to go to Monitor Net but ADT contract is still two years. HEEELP
