ADT took about 2 hours to respond

On Sunday, 31 March 2013 our tennant's alarm went off. No phone call from ADT and no response. TWO hours later a vehicle shows up with ONE security guard. He is the only vehicle in the area and he was busy with another "chase". NICE ONE ADT!!!

I phoned ADT once the vechicle left... and I had to repeat my address TWICE as she did not have our telephone numbers listed??? THIS after he had told them numerous time what our correct numbers are. I asked that the regional manager contact me and I was told she will forward my message. I asked when I may expect a response and was told within A WEEK!!!

TIme to move to a Security Company that will have my back in case of emergency - for SURE!!!
