UTTERLU UNACCEPTABLE

Last month a rep for royal alarms came promoting the alarm system package at R145 per month and we accepted. A few days after that, my family and i reviewed our budget and found we cannot cater for this and called the office to cancel the package, we were told that the it was cancelled. 2 days later they called us and said that they were going to come to install the system despite us telling them to cancel, we told them the 2ND time that we want to cancel so they assured us that they cancelled, a few days later we see Royal alarms coming to our doorstep to install the package despite us telling them to cancel 2 times we sent them away telling them the 3rd time that we canceled, so they gave us a do stating that we were no longer interested in this system. Last week when my sal went into my acc, Royal Alarms debited my account for R1148 which was not mentioned and discussed and despite us cancelling 3 times the company still decided to debit. i was going through my acc this morning over the internet and found out that they have debited and i called them they assured me that a lady from accounts dep was going to call me today but nothing
PLEASE SORT ASAP
I WANT A FULL REFUND ASAP
