I want to report CHUBB for deducting a so called callout fee of R 285 on 1 Ag 2013 from my bank account after I specifically intructed them that I do not authorize any funds to be deducted from my account anymore after the contract with them ended on 31 May 2013 after being a loyal client for more than 6 years and never missed a payment on a R 23 000 alarm also installed though them. On equiry with them what this was for, they said it was a callout fee to collect the radio, I disconnected the radio from the alarm myself, all they did was to stop at the gate and was handed the radio, then drove off, I even told them that I would drop the radio off at their offices if they cannot pick it up, since I do not want any more cost incured for this. They did not even have the decency to answer me back on that communication. They (Nicole de Bruyn) now refuse to refund my R 285.
Would any one pay R285 for someone to do nothing?
I was not quoted prior to the pickup that it will cost R 285, not even aswere me back on my e-mails?
People should take not of CHUBB's service in this regard and rather support other secirity companies in the future, the public cannot accept this typeof business
