So on 10 April I logged a hellopeter complaint as follows:
I cancelled my account with Chubb in January and on 2 January 2013 I received an email from Shantel Peek acknowledging the cancellation and confirming that the radio transmitter is mine. I quote from the email "The
radio does not belong to us as this is a GSS radio, you can either keep the radio or if you wish we can collect it."
Now again they are contacting me to collect the radio... When I asked to speak to the manager, they are not there. When I asked to speak to the manager of the manager, they are not there...
I guess that explains why your company is filled with incompetence.
