We moved into our rented house in August 2012, Chubb was the security company the owner had used in the past but had services terminated. An elderly white guy came to collect the radio 25 August 2012. To date I'm still being billed and have even been told going to be handed over to attorneys.
Ive spoken to Bianca Ditodi as well as emailed her twice and get no answer. I got an email from Suzanne Van Staden threatening to be handed over if account not paid. I do not owe them money and they are just not interested in resolving the matter, its easier to just continue billing for services that are not used.
Im currently with ADT security.
