Tracker changed my debit order date from the 25th to the 1st without my consent. I only noticed when I received a call from the bank informing me that I am misconducting my account. When I went to get a statement, I then noticed unpaid debit orders from tracker. I then called them to find out, as to why my debit order was changed and all they said was that it was a system error, the system changed the date & to my suprise they say they were not aware of such & it seems like it only changed on my account. Out of the hundred thousand or so customers that they have, how can it only be my account??? Then they advised me to make a direct immediate payment as I will not be covered in case my vehicle gets, I made the payment & requeted a refund for my debit orders, now they are iving me the run around. Whenever I call, I get told that someone will call me back & they never do.
