Debit order deduction, but I have no account?

I logged into my online banking this morning and noticed the following transaction :
TRACKER 001529552TRACKBK4741 -199.00
Interestingly enough I do not have a tracker installed on any of my vehicles - I would love to know how you manage to take debit orders without the account holders consent?

I expect a full refund by Monday.

Tracker, this is and considering that you are in the security industry only makes this more unpalatable.
