Not providing an activity report

My home was broken into on 27 March 2013. ADT responded but all my electronic goods were in the window period.
I am now waiting for insurance to pay out 2 weeks later and find that ADT has still not provided them with an activity report. I have called Michelle at ADT and was told that someone needs to come out to do a buffer report and they need to make an appointment with me. This will have to be done in business hours.
I cannot take any more time of work. This report was meant to be done on the day of the.
ADT, can you please get your staff to do their work and provide me with my activity report. Also provide me with details to cancel my contract with you so that i can transfer to Chubb as you have also not resolved my billing issues to date.
