Still await for the buffer report

11/12/2013 received email from Fancois Du Rand attachement it was a letter and a buffer report.
My husband advice that we need a report that shows how often do we armed our alarm (date and times)
Report it must be from 01/10/2013 to 01/12/2013.
We are still await for the report, we have been calling he does not answer his phone, called the call center no one can get hold of him.

If the company can not get hold of him which means no one will help me.

I have made a decision to cancel the contact w.e.f 01/01/2014.
