Bad Service... Again

Last year I had a problem with Cartrack, it was sorted out, I was promised a good service and a new contract again. The car where the device was installed to, is at the mechanics for repairs. On Friday 22/03/2013, the mechanic removed the battery to check where the problem is and he had to remove it for a certain time. Till date, no one from Cartrack has phoned! The first thing the Agent say when they sell this to us, is that if the battery is out of the car they get a signal and they phone you! Which is very false from them, cause this is also the reason why I had problems last year! So actually my car could have been last week Friday, because they didnt phone till now. My wife phoned Cartrack in Boksburg today, told him the story, and as usual, no Manager available, she told him she doesnt want to go through to the call centre, and there he puts her through to call centre!! I'm really not impressed with the service from Cartrack and will not recommend it to anyone.
