7 calls for over 3 hours - no response

My tracking device starting playing up last night and was activated. About an hour after the incident the Netstar call centre called me and said they had been trying to get hold of a Mr Crammond and couldnt. I explained that this was my car and he was on for December while I was overseas and I requested that he be removed and my name only appear - Well even after this whole discussion last night, they still called him today, so a total waste of time and energy.
I tried to call the "wellness" centre for over 3 hours today from my cellphone to get my tracking device checked and possibly reset because it is not working, the call centre rings and i am listening to some rubbish music for over 15 minutes at a time and eventually i get disconnected.
Eventually someone called me and asked whether there was a problem (still trying to call Mr Crammond first...) I said that everything is ok but the system is not working properly, she then says to me - why didnt i call the call centre... i explained that I had for over 3 hours and she buffed me off and said well she will see what she can do.
How do i cancel this contract and move to Tracker urgently...
BTW- my tracking is still not working
