I called this morning notifying the agent that the device is not transmitting, she said she will give me a call in 30 min after testing device, that is over 2 hours ago, you are in breach of contract, if my car gets my insurance wont pay because the device is not working, you sort it out now or i am cancelling the contract on your costs.
